Cross Laminated Timber (CLT)

Cross laminated timber elements (floor, wall, roof panels) are highly with the selected softwood lamellas permanently glued together in three to nine layers crosswise. This cross laminated structure guarantees dimensionally stable, rigid, and slim components with excellent structural properties with an extremely low dead weight. The manufactured panels are precisely configured to our individual specifications in the factory using modern CNC machines. The high degree of prefabrication and the flexible dimensions of the elements enable quick, waste free assembly on-site. Large panel construction helps to reduce site programmes and carrying out our installation without scaffold can also help to reduce costs and site risks.
